Mayers Benefits & Payroll Solutions ("we," "us") is an independent PEO broker owned by Matt Mayers, 1003 S. Bayshore Blvd #101, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us by form, phone, email, text or our booking page: your name, company, email, phone number and job title.
- Business details you choose to share: number of employees, industry, current payroll, benefits and workers' comp providers, and costs.
- Standard technical data our website host may record when you visit, such as browser type and pages viewed.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or employee health information through this website. Please don't send them by email or text.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule calls, request quotes you ask for, compare options, follow up with you, and keep records of our conversations.
How we share it
- With the PEOs and payroll providers you agree to get quotes from, so they can prepare those quotes.
- With companies that run our email, phone, text messaging and scheduling, only so they can provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it.
We do not sell your information.
Text messages
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms.
How we protect it
We keep your information in password-protected business accounts with two-step verification and limit access to the people who need it.
How long we keep it
As long as we're working with you and for a reasonable time after, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Matt@MayersBenefits.com or calling 1-877-22-PAYROLL (877-227-2976). Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
This website is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
